Full Day Training

10 Steps to building a strong customer service and sales culture in your front office or reservation team

1. Group Training – $950pp (held in a venue with others)

2. Onsite at your property – $1400pp+gst (min 5 people)

3. Virtual – 12 x 2 hour sessions – Price on application

Half Day Training

4-5  Steps that include First Impressions, Communication Methods, Identifying Customer Needs, Upselling & Cross-selling & Confirming the booking

1. Group Training – $700pp+gst

2. Onsite at your property – $950+gst (min 5 people)

3. Virtual – 6 x 2 hour sessions – Price on application

*50% of total training fees upon signing and date confirmation. Remaining 50% upon completion. Travel & Accommodation additional.
